Moving Windmills Project’s Documentary team is leaving for Malawi for principal photography for our documentary Moving Windmills: The William Kamkwamba Story. We’re leaving from England July 25 and will be in Malawi through early August. We have a team of six filmmakers led by director Tom Rielly and producer Ben Nabors, including directors of photography Michael Tyburski and Manu Lapierre,  editor Carlos Pavan, and sound engineer Tony Bensusan. Our crew is truly international: American, Belgian, South African and Spanish/German. We’ll be joined by MWP country manager Blessings Chikula who will also serve as interpreter.  We couldn’t be more excited and are literally packing our bags. More reports from Malawi as we arrive.
